The dissertation is devoted to development and research of new structures of powder electrodes with an aluminium environment for mechanized arc of aluminium pistons. Object of research - processes causing hardening of ring flutes of aluminium pistons of engines of internal combustion arc наплавкой. A subject of research - electrode material and technology of his(its) drawing on area of aluminium pistons allowing to receive dense metal with the raised(increased) resistance to deterioration and of flutes of aluminium pistons. Methods of research. The technological researches were carried out(spent) on special welding installation. The researches and microstructure of metal were carried out(spent) with use optical, hardness on the device ТК-2М, equipped by a prefix for of samples, definition of density of metalby a hydrostatic method, estimation of metal with use of the method, developed by the author, and special installation. The accounts were carried out on the basis of the developed mathematical mo del with use of modern software based on the numerical decisions. The structures of powder tapes with complex лигатурой are developed, in which as basic of components are used silicon, iron, with the additives of modifiers as salts and (copyright certificates № 1624841 and № 1769478), allowing to receive metal with the raised(increased) resistance to deterioration and of flutes of aluminium pistons. The basic circuit, design and technique of the accelerated tests on deterioration simulating real work of connection a ring - flute of pistons ДВС is developed. The mathematical model is developed at welding and наплавке of aluminium and his(its) alloys which are taking into account hydrodynamics of liquid metal in welding, movement of gas in conditions of existence of the large gradients of temperature расплава. Is established, that поры in metal arise in the event that the trajectory of movement gas crosses a surface of mobile front кристаллизации of metal of a welding bath. Is theoretically proved and is c onfirmed experimentally, that the most effective way of reduction of metal is the application of -arc process, which causes accelerated gas and their evacuation from a welding bath. The technological process and complex of the equipment for industrial restoration and hardening of pistons from aluminium alloys is developed which provide high efficiency at observance of norms of sanitary - hygienic conditions of the weld deposit is developed. .
