Zhovtanyuk I. Development of Entrepreneurship in Agricultural Sector of the Economy

Object of research: enterprise structures of the various organizational-legal forms (cooperative societies, private, farmer and personal facilities) Ukraine and Rovno region in particular. The purpose of research: a substantiation and study of the offers on improvement of activity of modern enterprise structures on a village on the basis of the complex analysis of entrepreneurship development in agriculture of Ukraine. Methods: monographic, abstract-logic, economic and statistical analysis, supervision and comparison, groupings. Theoretical and practical results: is opened economic essence of agrarian entrepreneurship as integral element of market economy; the theoretical aspects of organization of the various forms of entrepreneurship activity are determined, their comparative analysis is carried out; the necessity of development of an infrastructure of the agrarian market for the entrepreneurs - commodity manufacturers is proved; the offers on improvement of the mechanism of crediting of agrarian ent repreneurship are developed. Scientific novelty: the approach to finding - out of essence of entrepreneurship is specified; the basic theoretical aspects and forms of organization of entrepreneurship activity in agrarian sphere of economy are opened; the directions of improvement of an infrastructure of the agrarian market are proved; the conceptual approaches to improvement of the mechanism of crediting of the agricultural entrepreneurs- commodity manufacturers are offered. Degree of introduction: the offers are used Rovno regional and Zdolbunov regional state administrations by development of the regional programs, at reforming facilities of the Rovno region. Efficiency: use of results research will assist the further development of entrepreneurship, creation of favorable enterprise environment through activization of exchange trade, through improvement of the mechanism granting and returning of the credits.
