The enterprises of confectionery branch. The target is development of methodology for confectionery enterprises behavior strategy estimation on the developing markets. Methods of research: scientific and empirical receptions of economic sciences. The methodological approach to estimation of strategy of the confectionery enterprises behavior based on definition of inconvertible competitive is developed. Schere of using of the confectionery industry enterprises and other branches, in the economic faculties of high schools are considered.
