Essay

The substantiated in work for biomechanical stand point are modes of the osteosyntesis of fractured fragment in splitting fractures of the tibial condyles depppending on the area of the fractured fragment. Biomechanical substanteated modes of the osteosyntesis in compression fractures of the tibial condyles by means of the local, total compression and combination of comression with splitting. Based on findings of tendod in morfologycal and biomechanical studies expedient has been established of using KERGAP for bone defects plasty in the epimethaphysis in compression fractures.
