Forming monotectic systems metal alloys cast structures in electromagnetic fields action on a melt has been investigated. Regularities of this action on size, quantity, distribution of liquid disperse metal inclusions arising in the two-phase melt have been defined. Electromagnetic actions parameters on the melt ensuring forming fine disperse uniform emulsified state of the melt have been defined. In pouring and cooling emulsified melt into the forms heat physical, hydro- and magnetohydrodynamic conditions ensuring forming uniform structure of a frozen emulsion in castings have been defined. Energy-saving technology for making castings from copper alloys hardened by chromium iron disperse inclusions with risen exploitation properties has been designed.
