The theoretic and methodical aspects on investment management of innovation processes in Ukraine are explained in this dissertation work due to the formation and functioning innovation funds - the specialized organization which connect innovation and investment processes due to the fulfil corresponding functions. Based the expedient of using a new management method on innovation sphere in Ukraine. The essence of the structure on funds system management in Ukraine is opened, a complex of the developed recommendations concerned with attracting additional investment and intellectual resources to innovative processes in Ukraine and an algorithm of the passing solutions by funds in accordance with principle of selection priorities on the classification signs by final innovation product is developed.
