Geyer E. Methods of operative information support of the activity of the machine-building enterprises

Object of research – processes of machine-building undertaking activity data support. Research purpose – perfecting of machine-building undertaking data support methods, which implementation will allow to increase efficiency of their economic activity. Methods of research: general science methods of analysis, synthesis, sample observation. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific-methodical thesis and practical guidelines on acclimatization of a management system of machine-building undertaking to an unstable environment on the basis of comprehensive approach to development and perfecting of undertaking’s data support methods are developed. Novelty: the necessity of existence on undertakings of an unified information centre is justified; the integrated method of undertaking’s cost estimation at planning and definition of efficiency of their activity is offered, which takes into account specificity of its state in conditions of transition to market relations; the methodical guidelines on designing and usage in undertaking’s control procedure of situational centers are developed; the trend of refinement of an intelligence system of machine-building undertaking which should be constructed on the basis of modular architecture are offered; the methodical guidelines on designing and intrusion of a decision support system are developed; the methodical thesis on the conclusion and activity with the agreements, as one of modules of an intelligence system, that enables to execute a solid automatic test and analysis of external commercial operations, and to formalize volumes of information about relationships with the external contractors of machine-building undertaking to put in order.
