The presented work is devoted to the development of the solid-phase reagents on the base of silica gel (SG) modified with O-reagents (alizarin, quinalizarin, morin, quercetin, and dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6) via adsorption. The nature of the interaction between reagents and SG surface has been investigated using sorption-spectroscopic methods. The solid-phase Alizarin, Morin, Quercetin and DCH18C6 have been created. The conditions of Zr(IV), Sn(IV) and Tl(III) pre-concentration with solid-phase reagents are worked out. Solid-phase Alizarin was found to be useful for indirect sorption-spectroscopic and visual-test determination of fluoride. High sensitive and selective sorption-spectroscopic methods of Sn(IV), Zr(IV), Tl(III) and F- in alloys and natural waters have been developed. 1334
