Rak N. Joint business and ways of raising its effectivness

Objects of investigation: joint business as a form of attracting foreign investments into Ukrainian economy; the purpose of the work: theoretical grounding of organizational and economic pre-requisites for raising the effectiveness of joint business in Ukraine and working out method recommendations for the choice of optimum form of realization of joint business projects in industry; methods of investigation and appara-tus: methods of logic generalization, system ap-proach, statistic and matrix methods; theoretical and practical results: the order of complex evalu-ating economic effectiveness of joint business has been worked out, method grounds of carrying out comparative analysis of effectiveness of different joint business forms have been grounded and suggested; principles of choosing optimum vari-ant of the realization of joint business project have been improved, classification of joint busi-ness forms, method approach to evaluating joint business effectiveness have been further devel-oped; practical significance of the results obtained is in the fact that introducing the results of this work gives to Ukrainian industrial enterprises the instrument for grounding expediency of cre-ating joint business projects at the stage of pre-investing phase of their being worked out; the object and degree of introducing: the investiga-tion results have been introduced into work of open joint stock company "Tinyakov clothes factory" and limited liability company "Laser Flex "; the sphere of use: industrial enterprises, educational process. .
