Essay

The thesis is devoted to development and research of ways of construction of integrated power modules having property adaptation of internal parameters to conditions of application, change of parameters of external circuits, modes of loading and frequency of switching, and also creation on their basis of pulse semiconductor converters of small and average power with the improved electrotechnical characteristics. In work the researches of devices of integrated modules described in variable parameters of internal circuits are carried out. Are offered the circuitry decision of integrated adaptation power modules on the basis of MOSFET. The analytical expressions for account of losses in the power modules are received.The account method of elements parameters is developed.
