Pavlenko I. Economic valuation of methods of maintaining the power of collieries in regions with limited deposits

. Object of the study is the process of investing policy management related to simple and extended reproduction of mines' funds at coal industry restruturing. Objective of the study is evalution methods improvement on technologic and economic state of mines as the basis for their development management methods and efficient investment distribution for simple and extended reproduction. Methods of research are structurologic and economic analysis, mathematic statistics and optimal programming. Theoretical and practical results: the necessity is determined to use the system of boundary technologic and economic parametrs for resources redistribution policy improvement in the favour of prospective mines. The complex evalution is elaborated for financial and economic activity of coal-mining enterprises based upon integral data characterizing the efficiency of labour, material and financial resources. Novelty includes theoretic substantion and improvement of multi-criteria methods to evaluate the state of mines with limited reserves as well as substantiation of expediency to support the efficiency or to close such mines. Degree of the introduction: methodic recommendations permit the mostly effective utilization of natural resources by the mines with limited reserves and direction of released production resources for reconstruction or modernization of mines with sufficient economic reserved. The results of investigations were practically introduced and executed at coalmines of Torez and Snezhnoye geologic industrial region, as well as in approval of regulation systems for resources consumption at coalmines of Torezanthracite and Selidivvugillya State Holding Companies and Krasnoarmiyskvugillya Production Union. Sphere (branch) of application covers coal mines in the refion with limited reserves.
