Objects: system of surfase electrons. Goals: realization of one- dimensional electron system over liquid helium, carry out the measurements of kinetic properties of carryers in such system and compearing obtained results with theoretical predictions, investigation of electron transport in magnetic field. Methods: measurement coupling capacitive betwen electrons and driving electrodes New results: the one-dimension electron system over liquid helium was realized, the localization of electrons on a random potential was observed, the effects of weak localization in the gas scattering region was detected
