The dissertation is devoted: On the ground of synthesis of the spectral approach and methods of optimal design the numerical techniques was developed for determination of optimal dynamic vibrations absorbers' parameters under random loadings. The dynamic vibrations absorbers provide considerable depression of vibrations level. Dynamic processes in Nuclear Plant heat exchanger under random vibrations of its found was studied as well as multistoried buildings' vibrations under stationary wind force. The optimal parameters of nonlinear dynamic vibrations absorbers for these structures was determined causing the considerable depression of vibrations levels.
