Essay

The thesis deals with the investigations concerning the laws of formation of antifriction coatings, containing the solid lubricants (C, CaF2, FemOn). Effect of methods of thermal spraying , type of material and amount of the solid lubricant on the phase composition, structure and properties of the coatings were studied. Optimum technological conditions and composition of powders were defined on the basis of the іnvestigations. The antifriction coatings with solid lubricants were produce, which can operate under the conditions of a dry friction and high temperatures.
