Object of research - processes of the investing financial resources forming for production's renovation in the industry. Research purpose - the theoretical basis' development systematic regulations' and practical recommendations' finding out for the perfection of the investing sources' main internal resources attraction mechanism in the industry. Methods of research: general science methods of logical summarizing and system method, technic-economic analysis, economic-mathematical modulation. Theoretical and practical results: the scientific-methodical thesis and practical recommendations on perfection of the financial investing resources mobilizations mechanism for the accelerated renovation of the industrial production. Novelty: system method using for the investing resources' formation mechanism is developed, according to which level, speed and scale of investing processes in the industry are considered together with the conditions and the factors influencing of investing financial resources potential activity; reserves of increasing of investing processes ensurence level, which are in creating of the suitable political, economic, organizing and other conditions complex determined; recommendations are elaboration for perfec-tion of the mechanism for regulation of credit and attracted investment sources, accumulation of personal savings in banks and their attraction into investment process including market economy requirements and state motivation necessity are offered; firstly economic-mathematical model is elaborated and the methodic for its realization is proposed to determine optimal structure of investment resources of the industrial enterprise; prepositions are made to improve the state amortization policy on the base of the special amortization legislation introduction are suggested; methodical recommendations are suggested to make the amortization policy taking into consideration specific production conditions.
