Palamarchuk V. The treatment of talus fractures, fractures with dislocations of talus, subtalar foot dislocation and adjacent injuries

74 patients with different damages of talus; 21 extracted talus. The aim - to ground optimal methods of the treatment of patients with fractures and fracture-dislocations of talus, subtalar dislocations of foot, adjacent damages. Methods - angiographic, morphological, clinical, roentgengraphic, statistical. On the base of new data of intraosseous blood supply of talus and analyses of results of treatment the differential tactics of conservative and surgical treatment is grounded, the most optimal surgical approaches to talus are proposed. It allowed to reduce the terms of treatment, obtain good and satisfactory results accordingly in 40,9% and 51,1% (taking in account arthrosis - 56,5%) and thus improve the results of treatment of such a severe pathology.
