The thesis is dedicated to problems of early diagnostic and treatment of bacterial meningitis for neonatal children. The most significant factors contributing to development of bacterial meningitis for neonatal children are detected ground that the diagnostic algoritm is offered. In activity the clinical and morphological data, immunological parameters, and also finding of investigation of a level of an endogenic intoxication for the given quota of children also are set up/ The program of differential diagnostic of bacterial and virus meningitis and prognostic algorithm of a licely outcome bacterial meningitis is designed. It recommend for treatment of bacterial meningitis to use cephalosporinum III-IY of breed in combination with aminoglicozidum II of generating, in a complex with methods extracorporalen of detoxication and antioxydantic by means.
