In thesises presented the results of studying a pathological anatomy histological, histochemical, immunomorphological changes of endometrium of women, working at enterprises of machine-building and chemical industry with disfunc-tional uterine bleeding under different types of hyperplasti-cal changes. Under DUB besides worker women of enterprises an immunomorphological study point to discriminating par-ticularities at immunomorphological status of endometrium. Revealled breaking in quantitative and function attitude of immunoregulation subpopulation of lymphocytes in endo-metrium, reinforcement of fibrotysation of endometrium's stroma, change of supressible and helpers activity of T-lym-phocytes and other factors of local immune status of endo-metrium.
