Shakirzanova Z. A metod of the long-term territorial forecast of the maximum runoff of spring flood(on an example of rivers of the basins of the Upper Dnieper, the Western Dvina and the Neman)

Runnof of spring flood of rivers of the Upper Dnieper, the Western Dvina and Neman. Scientific-methodical substantiation of a method of the territorial long-term forecast of the maximum runoff with the use of multi-measured statistic analysis and a method of geographical analysis and generalization. A method of the forecast can be used for construction of a regional technique of long-term forecasts of spring flood. Novelty of this work consist in the devised method of the long-term territorial forecasts of the maximum runoff of spring flood. Principal results were made public in scientific publications and the method was used to implement the self-supporting theme for the state water economy of Ukraine. It is recommended for use by subdivisions of State Hydrometeorological Service of Ukraine, Ministry Extraordinary Situations and the state water economy of Ukraine.
