Essay

Dissertation is devoted to study of cardiac alteration in neonates undergone perinatal hypoxia and substation of principles of intensive therapy. On the basis of the study of history, clinical examination, result of chest X-ray examination, electrocardiografia, echocardiografia clinical picture of posthypoxic cardiac alterations were described. The types of cardiac disadaptation: persistent fetal circulatin, subendocardial ischemia, rhythm disturbances were found. On the grounds of histologically and the ultrastructural analysis heart tissues died newborns the pathomorfological basis was established. Complex of therapeutic measures and terms his administration were offered.
