Dorofyeyev O. Organizational and economic aspects of operations management in Agro-Industrial Complex

Object of research are the processes of operations management in an agrarian sphere. The detailed researches are carried out on stuffs of Kotelva's, Reshetylivka's, Poltava's and Novi Sanzhary's facilities of regions of the Poltava area. The purpose of research is the comprehensive analysis of an existing system of operations management, and also mining and substantiation of the proposals till intrusions in economic practice of effective management of operations for agricultural firms in conformity with changes external and internal environment. The conducted researches of organizational and economical aspects of operational management in activity of different economic formations AIC, are carried out among maiden in the Ukrainian economical science. The results of research being used in practice of agricultural enterprises of the different organization-legal forms and in educational process.
