Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study the agroecological peculiarities of the washed soils fertility for the different exposition slopes which are situated in the ordinary chernozems sub zone with distinguish in competition with their genesis and morphology. Task was to evaluate productive fertility of the washed soils along their profile with indicator crops (pea, barley). The laboratory, light-room and field experiments to study the washed soils fertility were fulfilled for 1997-2000 years in Dnipropetrovsk State Agrarian University on the base of educational farm "Samarsky". The investigation on the quantities and qualitative composition of humus, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, physics-chemical qualities and soil enzymes activity of arable and virgin soils in the slopes and watersheds were ascertained to establish the dependence between their fertility and ecological conditions. The effective fertility of washed soils and watershed reflected as the productivity of pea and barley was connected withtopsoil first of all. The pea and barley productivity increased on 70-90% and even 2 times when humus-transitional horizons and rock were in long- term using. It leads to the mobilization of nutrition substances in the soil. The macro-and microelements consumption with barley and pea is in the straight dependence from maintenance and the accessible these substances in the soil. The results of the study can be considered as basis to work out the technology of the soils slopes biological conservation by the way the special schemes of crop rotation selection and application.
