Object of research: processes of social sphere activities management in SHS. Purpose of research: increasing of efficiency a managerial system by social sphere activities of SHS, functioning in transformational economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling, operation research. Results: designed concept of building a managerial system by social sphere activities of SHS; designed the models of management social sphere activities of SHS; offered the approach to undertaking of reengineering by social sphere activities; offered the structure of complex of informational deciding support in the system of management of social sphere activities of SHS. Novelty: the concept of building a managerial system by social sphere activities of SHS; the set of models of mechanisms of system management social sphere activities of SHS; method of undertaking of reengineering by social sphere activities; the structure complex for information support in decision-making controlsystem for social sphere activities of state SHS.
