Objects of research: the corporate management of the industrial enterprises of a collective pattern of ownership, subject - process of organization management of activity of joint-stock companies. The purpose of research consists in generalization both deepening of theoretical situations and development of the methodical recommendations concerning improvement of process of organization of activity of joint-stock companies on the basis of principles of corporate management in conditions of economy. A methodological basis of the carried out research are the fundamental works of the modern domestic and foreign scientists - economists on management, laws and normative certificates of Ukraine in sphere of economy, philosophical principles of knowledge and dialogy. During research the used such methods: system; abstract - logic (theoretical generalization and formulation of conclusions); monographic (study of methods management of activity of joint-stock companies); constructive structurally) and comparison(analysis of efficiency of re-structuring of manufacture in connection with change of a pattern of ownership of the subject of economic activity); economic-mathematical (construction of model of an estimation of a degree of motivation of the participants depending on financial stability(resistance) of object); graphic and other standard statistical methods. The theoretical meaning of the received results defines the further development of situations on perfection of methods and forms of organization management of activity of the industrial enterprises of a collective pattern of ownership in the transitive period of development of economy of Ukraine. The practical meaning of the received results is, that use of the basic situations and methodical recommendations as results of research of the author in practice of joint-stock companies will permit them to raise a level of organization management, efficiency of functioning and further development in the future. Besides the results of research have received practical introduction in economic activity "The MOTOR SICH", Zaporozhye, and also was given by positive results at use in "Volchansky modular factory", that is confirmed by the informations on introduction, which are signed by the chiefs of the named enterprises.
