Essay

Dissertation deals with problems of morphologic and differential diagnosis of Ewing's sarcoma, as well as morphologic estimation of its therapeutic pathomorphosis after neoadjuvant antiblastomic therapy. The importance of use of monoclonal typing of Ewing's sarcoma alongside with classic histologic method has been shown. From a large panel of 22 monoclonal antibodies (MCAB) the most informative oncomakers for Ewing's sarcoma have been isolated. It is revelated that clinically adeguate neoadjuvant antiblastomic approach in therapy of Ewing's sarcoma is polychemotherapy with radiation, with morphologic estimation of the efficacy of antitumor therapy on the basis of developed scale-sheme values of therapeutic pathomorphosis.
