Syerova L. Management of an Export Potential of the Firm

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological aspects of improvement of process management of an export potential at a level of the enterprise. The conceptual rules of formation and realization of an export potential of the enterprise are systematized and the preconditions of development of a technique of an estimation of an export potential of the enterprise are determined in the dissertation. The analysis of changes of development of export activity of the metallurgical enterprises is carried out, the level of its efficiency is designed. The factors are investigated which influence formation and realization of an export potential of the subjects of managing. The main problems, which connected with financial maintenance of an export potential of the domestic metallurgical enterprises are marked. The technique of an estimation of an export potential at a level of a primary link of a national economy is offered, with which help the directions and reserves of increase of efficiency formation and realizations of an export potential of the enterprises of metallurgical area are determined.
