The dissertation is devoted to a problem of social-emotional development and behaviorious correction of affective pre-schoolchildren with a weak sight; in the dissertation the essense of concept "affective infringement" and its plase in strukture of secondary mental defect is specified; the basic groups of social-psychological and bio-medical reasons underlying occurrence of affective infringements are allocated with in case of expressed visual pathology.
