Object of research: management processes by financial activity of large-scale systems; an object of research: a complex of models for analyzing quality indicators of large-scale systems' activity; the purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological bases for economic-mathematical modeling quality indicators of the large-scale system providing increase of efficiency its functioning; methodological basis of research: scientific works in the field of economic-mathematical modeling, expert methods, the multivariate analysis, forecasting, structural modeling, a finance administration; theoretical results: the concept of modeling qualitative parameter of financial large-scale system; a complex models of diagnostics financials' activity; practical importance of the received results is, that, the concept offered in work and as a complex of economic-mathematical models allow to increase efficiency of acceptance decisions supervention reduced the disbenefit due to increase speed of reaction the financial system at influence of external and internal handicaps; degree of introduction: the practical recommendations formulated in postgraduate degree thesis and methodical positions were introduced at the enterprises of OAO "Pharmaceutical firm "Zdorovie", OAO "Kharkov factory "Orgtechnika", OOO "Commercial firm "Avtoruchka", and also in the practice of JSPP bank "AVAL".
