Essay

Semiconductor switches (SCS) as the mail compound part of without contact and hybrid power electronic apparatus (EA). Update of calculation procedures of non-steady electrical and physical processes in SCS. Researches by the methods of electrical circuit theory, Laplase transform, numerical methods. The procedures of calculation are developed: current of SCS, temperature of structure, over tension. The mathematics models of non-steady processes are specified, Equipment and methods fore experimental investigations of non- stationary thermal processes in SCS are developed. The procedures were introduced when designing EA to 630 A, 660 B. Electromechanical engineering.
