Essay

The experimental researches of influencing of production process of fused fluxes on the contents in them of hydrogen and nature of its desorption during heating are conducted. It is established, that with increasing of temperature of a slag melt the contents of hydrogen decreases, which one solves in a flux in a melting time in furnace in the shape of OH - groups. At a granulation of a melt in water the contents of hydrogen in a flux is augmented disproportionately in dependence of slag temperature. It is determined, that the contents of hydrogen in a weld metal at welding under manganese-silicate fused fluxes, at which the pores are formed, amounts 12-14 ml/100 g of a weld metal. Low-hydrogen fluxes of AN-60SM, AN-68SM, AN-68 grades are designed and introduced at welding. The technology of their manufacturing is built on the basis of processing of slag crusts of pipe welding production.
