Tourist institution managament. Development of the economic and organisational mechanism for effectiveness increase of the tourists institutions functiong. Theresearch methods are theory of financial analyses and evalution of legal entity, expert estimation, economic and statistical. Thus the model for anti-crisis managament and model for quality evalution, metodic of the optimal profit's prosent, metodic of analyses tourists organisations were elaborated. The computor program for tourist organisations was elaborated. The economic sphere of implementation is services domain.
