Research is devoted to development of theoretical and methodical aspects of analysis and improvement of marketing mechanism of sales promotion of goods of sewing industry. The work systemizes factors which influence sales promotion. The system of stimulating factors which are used by the consumer during selection of a product has been determined. The reasons for purchasing has been identified. The criteria of strategy selection in organizations, marketing, communication, and sales promotion depending on life cycle of goods have been explained. Main points of research are used in the process of creation of sales promotion of good of sewing industry.
