Yukhymenko G. Peculiarities of hemocirculation in children with diphtheritic myocarditis and approach to treatment.

The thesis deals with study of condition of central hemocirculation in children with diphtheria and diphtheritic myocarditis, improvement of diagnostic and pathogenetic therapy of diphtheritic myocarditis. The condition of central hemodinamics was determined lay reography and echocardiography. The condition of central hemocirculation depending on the degree of severity of the diphtheria and diphtheritic myocarditis were determined. Were determined two hemodynamic types of diphtheritic myocarditis by EchoCG: with normal cavity of left ventriculus and with increased cavity of left ventriculus. The hyperkinetic variance of central hemodynamics with diphtheria was prognostic favourable and more prognostic unfavorable was hypokinetic type of hemocirculation. The additional criterions of severity of the diphtheritic myocarditis were determined. The mildronat, steroids and non-steroids anti-inflamatory means was proposed for the complex pathogenetic therapy of diphtheritic myocarditis in children.
