Object of research: the development of industrial character services; the purpose of work: working out theoretical foundations and methodical recommendations and practical suggestions us to creating an effective economical and organizational provision of developing in-dustrial character services under transformational economy; research technique and equipment: methods of logical generalisation, comparison, analysis and synthesis, system approach, of mathematical statistics, correlation and grafic method, questioning; theoretical and practical results: the notions "industrial character services" and "organizational provision development" are defined more precisely as the most important elements of services by generalizing scientific grounds, proved the exponential law availability, which is typical of all industrial enterprises division with all forms of property as to the groups of the amount of the applied production services on the basis of the market services evaluations of the industrial characterservices, further development of standartization terminology as to the industrial services provision by enterprises, economic organizational services provision of the industrial character according to the main directions has been developed, methodic approach as to the integral evaluation of the eco-nomic development steps for determination of the enterprises economic efficiency development in the industrial services sphere has been improved; the practical significance of the obtained results lies in fact, that their inculcation will facilitate the efficient development of industrial enterprises rendering industrial services; the subject and the degree of introduction development: the results of research have been inculcated in the work of the joint-stock company "Konotop Steel-framing Works" and users by the Management of Indus-try, transport and communication of Kharkiv Re-gional State Administration in realizing the Pro-gram of engine-building development in Ukraine and by the Department of stimulating thedevelopment of enterprise in realizing the regional complex program of Supporting small private business in Kharkiv Region for 1999-2000; sphere of use: the industrial enterprises, educational process.
