3. The object of research is the system of relationships in the process of sugar market formation. The goals of research are generalisation and improvement of theoretical-methodological issues of sugar market functioning, development of the optimal scheme for internal Ukrainian sugar market regulation and directions of restructuring of the national sugar production. The complex research of sugar market functioning was performed, and in particular one of their integral parts - domestic sugar-beet production branch. The results of research being used by different state authorities and in studying process.
