Phytooryctocenosis from the lower Sarmatian deposits in Transcarpathians is studied. Its stratigraphical and geological position is observed. The stage in evolution of the land plant vegetation and climate in Transcarpathians from the Early Badenian to the Early Sarmatian is defined.
