.The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodical basing of investments' attracting mechanism into industrial sector of Ukraine's economy. The mechanism of mediated investment has been formulated and grounded. The perspective criteria have been carried out. The system of factors that determines investment attractiveness of joint - stock companies in industry for different investors' categories has been classified. The preconditions of investment attractiveness of Ukraine's industry management subjects, becoming the basis of the offered model as to the reconstruction of industry's objects capital have been studied and formulated. The necessity of forming of new organizing structures for financial improving of unprofitable management subjects, attracting of investments is being grounded.
