The dissertation is devoted to elaboration and resolving of the problems of making decisions, which are targeted to the increase of effectiveness of the relationship between banking and industrial capital. There were elaborated mathematical methods, techniques and software of making decisions when financial-industrial groups and holding companies foundation. There was updated and adopted the model based on ordinal approach to the strategic risk of the systems of banks and banks (comprising the system) evaluation. There was realised in software an algorithm of system of banks banks (comprising the system) strategic risk evaluation.
