Cherniavskaya T. Ecological aspects of the secondary metabolites of the potato.

The investigation object is the metabolism of the steroidal glycoalkaloids (SGA) in the potato tissues and its relations with environmental conditions. The investigation purposes is the study of the influence of biotic and abiotics environmental factors on the potato plants' secondary metabolism. It was used soft ionization mass spectrometry; statistic methods. It was developed methods of the analysis of the SGA into potato plants by means of the soft ionization mass spectrometry; it was shown that the parameters of the potato secondary metabolism depends on the biotic and abiotics environmental factors; the mathematical model for predicting of the SGA accumulation in tubers of the different cultivars' potato is proposed.
