Artamonov M. THE INFLUENCE OF N-STEAROILETHANOLAMINE ON THE MYOCARDIUM LIPID COMPOSITION UNDER THE ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION

The object of investigation - N-stearoil- and N-palmitoilethanol- amines (NSE and NPE), ischemic myocardium. The aim of work - to investigate of changes in myocardium lipid composition under ischemia and reperfusion, possibility of it's correction and characterize incorporation of NPE into lipids of different rat organs. Methods: radioisotope, spectrophotometry, NMR- spectrometry, gas-liquid and microthin layer chromatography. The cardioprotective properties of NSE under postischemic reperfusion were shown. The incorporation of NPE label into phospholipids different rat organs was shown. The influence of ischemia on the human and rat myocardium lipids was investigated. The results obtained can be used for the creation of the cardioprotective preparation. Field of application: scientific and educational institutes of medical and biological type.
