Goridko T. The action of saturated N-acylethanolamines on lipids of rat liver and heart tissues at ischemic damage

The objects are saturated N-acylethanolamines (NAE ) and lipids of rat liver and heart under ischemic damage. The aim is to study features biological activity of saturated NAE on lipid content in rat liver and heart under ischemia. The methods - microthin layer and gas-liquid chromatography, chemiluminescent, spectrophotometric, physiological, statistical. For the first time it is shown that N-palmitoylethanolamine in experiments both in vivo and in vitro showed membrane protective properties under ischemia and hypoxia. The results obtained can be used for the development of schems for myocardium antiischemic protection and for protection of other tissues and also as biochemical basis for development of modern tecnologies of donor organ preserving.
