The theoretical-methodological substance and content of economic-organizational factors of improvement in efficiency of sugar industry development are enhanced in the dissertation/ The classification of economic-organizational factors of improvement in the efficiency of sugar industry development is suggested, which is determined by detaliled assesment of specific features of this branch of production. The metholodgical regulations of the assesment of economic-organizational factors of sugar industry impact on the efficiency of sugar industry development in market conditions of economic managerment are elaborated. Metods used in the research: monographical, dialectical, method of cognition, abstract-logical, comperative. The results are implied into economic practice.
