Object of research: building materials industrial enterprises competitiveness; purpose of thesis: theoretical basis of approaches to estimation and diagnostic of industrial enterprises competitiveness, development of scientific-methodological and practical recommendations as for provision of their durable functioning; research methods and instrument: theoretical generalization and comparison, system approach, statistical analysis, dual pair comparison method, taxonomy method; theoretical and practical results: sequence of stages of strategy forming process for achievement of the competitive advantage, methodological approach to estimation of the degree of economic conjuncture influence on the degree of competitiveness, the algorithm of simultaneous and consecutive application of existing methods of competitiveness estimation, methods of complex estimation of objects of competitive environment for quantitative estimation of an enterprise and its product, diagnostic of enterprises competitiveness in themarket, management support principal structure of the estimation and diagnostic procedure of enterprises competitiveness; practical value of the results received lies in the fact, that the proposed scientific-practical research could be used for provision of domestic enterprises competitiveness, for complex estimation of different directions in their activity in competitive environment; implementation of the results received would contribute to strengthening of enterprise market position, effective using of its own abilities, increasing of competitive production level; subject and level of introduction: the main concepts of dissertation are of applied character, building materials industrial enterprises of Poltava - Consumer Society "Poltavastroymaterialy", Public Company "Poltavsky Zhavod ZhBI-7", Scientific-productive enterprise "Komplectstroy" Ltd. were used; sphere of application: industrial enterprises, educational process.
