Essay

The results of mathematical simulation are cited by a random wandering of relative and circulating working granules and details moving in the vibrating U-shaped camera of the vibration-machine tool. The simulation is carried out in view of randomness of these movings. As a result, dependencies on major factors and parameters of handling of material removal of a from a surface of part bar are found as terminating technological result vibrate-abrasive handling (finish processing) in the U-shaped camera vibration-machine tool by abrasive granules of the given shape (granule surface area is known). The relevant nomograms are reduced for practical use and outcomes of experimental affirming of the found dependencies.
