The problem of intospection organization is determi- ned on the basis of economy-mathematical and deserip -tive models for the organization of work with creation normative base by enterrrprises force in such direction -s: realization of exterior supplement principle throug-h the mechanizm of introspection synthesis; logical substantiation of work process development with the help of deviations; models planning studying; leading and processing of introspectson data. On the basis of such researches the introspection methods were calti- vated with the help of marking process for complex mental labour in management and service production.
