Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical and experimental methods of definition of parameters of devices for automatic replacement of chucks on turning devises with numerical control. The method of the morphological analysis with addition of a morphological matrix is applied for synthesis searching of new mechanisms.The accuracy of process of automatic transfer of an establishment of tightening elements consists of the sum of following errors: of control systems,drives and mechanical system. These errors are considered as the sum of linear and angular errors. Dividing all errors on an error of movement (establishment)and errors of mechanical system and taking into account the abjustment features, it is possible to allocate the not compensated part of the errors.
