Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of therapy of acute uncomplicated pneumonia in children according to the results of the examination of 140 children at the age of 7 to 14 years old. In this work the new solution of a scientific problem on definition of the pathogenetic role of the free radical reactions and immunity system in the development of the acute pneumonia and indications for laser therapy usage in treatment of such patients are determined. The new methods of laser therapeutics in treatment of children's acute pneumonia have been worked out. The authentic, immunity - modulating, antioxidational and antiinflammatory effect of laser therapy has been proved, that gives the basis to recommend the usage of this method in complex treatment of acute children pneumonia.
