Object of research: process of entrepreneurship activity of commercial banks in Ukraine. Purpose of research: development of complex mechanism of financial management of commercial bank financial management based on hierarchical budgeting system allowing to qualitatively improve financial management in commercial banks. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis, method of going down form abstract to concrete, balance method, system approach, economic modeling, methods of budgeting and complex estimation, economic and statistical methods. Results: the specific subject field of research is determined - financial management of commercial bank entrepreneurship activity; formation conception of commercial bank entrepreneurship activity complex mechanism is suggested; commercial bank entrepreneurship activity complex mechanism is developed; adaptive system of financial management of commercial bank entrepreneurship activity is formed.
