Essay

The object of research: the industrial enterprises - manufacturers of mass demand consumer goods. The aim of research: a theoretical substantiation and development of methodical recommendations at the choice of competitive strategy of the enterprise, its appropriate competitive position. Research methods: the system approach; an abstract-logic method - the analysis and synthesis; formal logic; methods of the economic-statistical analysis - comparisons, rows of dynamics, average and relative sizes, a grouping; taxonomy, graphic, monographic, project methods. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical approach to the enterprise competitive strategy substantiation; classification of the enterprise competitive positions by attributes "the market appeal to business activity" and "the enterprise competitive advantage in the market"; classification of the enterprises by their market role; concept "a strategic commodity niche of the enterprise"; the methodical approach to the enterprise competitive position estimation and system of partial and integrated quantity indicators of its characteristics "the market appeal to business activity" and "the enterprise competitive advantage in the market"; algorithm of the enterprise competitive strategy substantiation. A subject and an implementation level: implemented on "Prommontazhelectronica"; sphere of usage: the industrial enterprises, educational process in higher educational institutions.
