Rjazantsev V. Economical forms of technological development in industry

The thesis deals with the elaborating economic problems of structural technological shifts in industry. From the standpoint of the system analysis of industrial evolution three methods of technological development are distinguished. Two-faced nature of technological changes in modern industry is grounded. It is also shown to what economic results coincidence in time and overlapping of two transformation process leads. One of these processes is connected with transition of industry to a new method of technological development, while the other one deals with formation of a new technological mode. Organizational and methodical bases for the model of gradual diversification of industrial and financial groups in Ukraine was improved. This is one of the conditions for setting up a new method of technological development in Ukrainian industry. Organizational and methodical model of two-level economic mechanism of applying leasing in the framework of industrial and financial groups is elaborated to stimulaterearmament and reconstruction of industrial enterprises.
